I have known Teresa for nearly 17 years through working with her at The American Paint Horse Association. It is hard to believe it has been that long...I realized the Lord had something big in store for her when I first read her poetry. She has a wonderful way of blending her love for the cowboy life and her love for the Lord. I agree with Woody, you just can't do better than that.

I met Teresa at Chris Cox's Ranch in Mineral Wells. Thought she was quite a gal. Then I found out about her poetry and was even more impressed. She is talented and I'm looking forward to meeting up with her again.

This gal is one of the best -- and Will and I are proud to be counted among her friends! I thank God for causin' our trails to cross a few years ago . . . and for each opportunity we have to be together. Teresa, keep ridin' for the brand, and spreading the pure joy of the Lord everywhere you go. May He bless you exceedingly abundantly, moment to moment!

I first met Teresa Burleson at the Red Steagall Cowboy Poetry exhibition about 5 years ago -my how time flies when yer havin' FUN! We hit it off right away, and it has been one of the greatest privileges in my life to know and love her as my 'sis-in-the-Lord'. She's a true cowgirl, in every sense of the word, is so highly talented, yet humble of heart. I call her Tburl, but 'Sweet T' fits her even better! I'm mighty proud to be sharin' the trail with ya, Tburl! Lv, Dev :agree:

I think Teresa Burleson is the best cowgirl poet in the world. Her love and understanding for the western lifestyle, the land, and God's critters is especially unique and it shines through in her work. In addition to that, she has the wonderful ability to bring both humor into her poetry, and seriousness when need be. I love this lady very much and she has been such an inspiration to me. She is also very kind and caring and has the true character of a cowgirl. She's been so encouraging and supportive of me and my music as well, and that means a lot to me. Thanks so much - and I love ya!!

Teresa, I'm so thankful that the Lord lead me and my family to Cowtown Opry because of all the wonderful people that I have gotten to know! I consider you as one of my best friends, even though we don't get to see each other very often. You are one of the most talented people that I've ever known and such a strong Christian. The Lord has blessed you so much and I love you!

Teresa: You are an inspiration in every sense of the word. You walk the walk and talk the talk which makes me truly admire and respect you. I am so proud to call you my friend and you know you can depend on me for anything and everything. I know it is only a matter of time that more and more will recognize your talents and you will have to have a bigger wall to display all your recognitions and awards! Good going, girl and looking forward to seeing you perform soon! Love and Hugs! Denise

I have never met Teresa in person but she is my Facebok friend....The kindness in her words and the love of the Lord told me that she would be a good friend for me. I am in my 70's and always loved horses and cowgirls and anything that dealt with the west. But the Lord planted me here in PA and I have a wonderful life and a wonderful husband and family. God Bless you Teresa and you go girl!!!!!
